MY MISSION
My professional goal is to provide the absolute best quality, professional services to my clients. It is important to me to recognize that every client has different needs, and that one approach to service does not fit everyone. Therefore, when making recommendations for service or materials, I strive to keep the best interests of my clients in mind. Honesty, integrity, and fair-trade practices are guiding principles in my professional and personal life.
WILLIAM R. MONROE, RPT
I first began servicing pianos in Bozeman, MT in 1999. In 2003 I moved my business to Verona, WI and relocated to Belleville, WI in December of 2005. I learned my trade studying the Randy Potter School of Piano Technology, and by working with other piano technicians.
As a Registered Piano Technician (RPT) member of the Piano Technicians Guild (PTG), I feel that continuing education is extremely important, and therefore continue to attend various professional seminars and conventions sponsored by the PTG. I also seek out educational opportunities outside of the PTG. Some of the more significant training events that I have been fortunate enough to attend include:
- 2008: Steinway & Sons C.F. Theodore Steinway Technical Academy
- 2003: Yamaha Little Red Schoolhouse
- 2002: Randy Potter Advanced Training Seminar
I provide a complete range of piano services for my private clientele, schools, churches and music studios. I am also honored to have been selected to provide service for the new Steinway Piano Gallery in Madison, WI.
